Allison Engelbrecht, FNP-BC

Allison received her BSN from Graceland University in 2006, then completing her MSN there in 2008. She loves dermatology for the patient encounters and having the opportunity to educate them about their diagnosis/condition and treatment. She believes this is important because if they understand what they have and what is needed on their part for improvement, then they are more inclined to be proactive in their care.

Allison is a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and has received her certification as a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner.

When not practicing, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son and two dogs. She also enjoys all things outdoors, cooking, reading and watching Kansas City Chiefs football.
